Morning has broken
It is the start of a new day
We look out at natures
simple beauty
As the sun rises over the bay.
We can see daylights
first reflections
Glistening on the waters below
The air feels crisp and clean
Sunlit by the morning's
gentle glow.
The wet grass sparkles
And glistens with
early morning dew
The birds break
into their dawn chorus
To welcome this day anew.
Slowly the world awakens
To be greeted by another
beautiful day
As we enjoy the quiet solitude
With true thankfulness we pray.
The sun rises high into the sky
Filling us with joyful elation
Morning has broken
In this, God's wondrous creation.

Early morning is the most beautiful time of the day,
To be able to just sit and watch the wonders of nature
is something that should not be missed.
Those of us who have learned to enjoy these
simple pleasures in life are truly the lucky ones.

Blackbird has spoken,
like the first bird
Praise for the singing,
praise for the morning
Praise for the springing
fresh from the world
Sweet the rain's new fall,
sunlit from heaven
Like the first dewfall,
on the first grass
Praise for the sweetness
of the wet garden
Sprung in completeness
where his feet pass
Mine is the sunlight,
mine is the morning
Born of the one light,
Eden saw play
Praise with elation,
praise every morning
God's recreation of the new day
Morning has broken,
like the first morning
